On July 2, the 2026 Tencent Global Digital Ecosystem Summit in Wuhan was held in the Donghu New Technology Development Zone. Cai Liang, NO YEYE NO TEA’s Head of Membership and Community Operations, attended the “AI Marketing and Transaction Session”, sharing how the brand collaborates with Tencent Cloud on precise member operations.

As a new-style tea beverage brand that has grown from Wuhan into a national brand, NO YEYE NO TEA operates over 3,000 stores, with over 60 million registered members available for engagement across all channels. Currently, within the WeChat ecosystem, the brand’s transaction volume maintains year-over-year growth of over 30%. Notably, during the new product launch, growth on the brand’s mini program significantly outpaced the omnichannel business performance, with the key incremental growth directly driven by precise marketing and conversion.
In the past, tea beverage brands often adopted a “spray-and-pray” approach, such as standardized discounts and mass messaging, for product launches or major promotions. While this generated considerable short-term buzz, it often resulted in excessive discounting for high-frequency, high-value customers and struggled to truly activate dormant users. After a campaign ended, it was also difficult to distinguish whether post-campaign growth came from natural repurchases or marketing actions.

Leveraging Tencent Marketing Cloud’s Customer Data Platform(CDP) and Marketing Automation(MA), NO YEYE NO TEA connected data from over 60 million members, along with multi-channel touchpoints and transaction outcomes, shifting its marketing approach from “experience-based judgment” to “data-validated decision-making”. During one new product launch, the brand set up a control group to scientifically measure the true incremental effect. The campaign ultimately reached over 8 million users, with “incremental GMV” exceeding CNY 2.3 million, delivering significant positive returns. Meanwhile, the test also produced a reusable methodology for audience segmentation, coupon configuration, and channel mix optimization, enabling the brand’s member operations capability to continuously iterate and improve with every campaign.
In June this year, Tencent upgraded and launched MAGIC AI and Tencent Cloud Commercial Solution 2.0. Built on an “agent collaboration” underlying architecture, the two products target marketing and transaction scenarios respectively, helping enterprise operations shift from “people configuring systems” to “agents orchestrating systems”. The integrated solution connects the entire chain of public-channel customer acquisition, private-channel customer operations, marketing conversion, and transaction-driven repurchase through a unified data foundation.
Today, Tencent Marketing Cloud has served over 500 brands, spanning the full range of everyday consumer sectors, including apparel, food, housing, and transportation. It currently ranks No. 1 in China’s CDP market by market share.
